Whether you need preventative screening, a prescription renewal, a referral to another healthcare provider, or some help navigating the healthcare system, we're here to help you take the next step.
If we can't provide the care you need, we'll connect you with someone who can.

Let’s face it. Farming has never been a low-risk profession.
Long hours, physically demanding work, heavy equipment, dust, sun exposure, stress, financial uncertainty… you’re carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders.
Unlike many professions, the work can’t stop just because you have an appointment.
For many farmers, taking care of everyone and everything else comes first. Your own health gets pushed to the very bottom of the list. And sometimes it’s shoved off the list all together.
We believe it’s time to change that.
That's why we’ve partnered with Health PEI to bring preventative health clinics to farm communities across the Island.
Our goal is to remove barriers and improve access so that rural Islanders can achieve optimal health.
Accessing healthcare isn't straightforward. Especially if you live in a rural community or work hours that don't fit into a Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 schedule.
Maybe you’ve lost your family doctor. Maybe you've been meaning to get something checked but don’t know where to start. Maybe getting an appointment during daytime hours just isn't realistic.
Farm Well Preventative Health Clinics will meet you where you’re at. Literally. From Up West to Down East and all points in between.
Because better access leads to better outcomes.
